Quailwood Community - Prescott Valley, AZ
The Quailwood Community needed to accomplish several goals - keep
residents up to date on the local events, provide information about the
community center facility rentals, provide information to visitors who
are considering moving into the community, and provide helpful
information for new residents. By using a content management
system, the site is able to easily handle the dynamic parts of the site,
like the community directory and classifieds. Rental forms and
waivers are now simple to download, event calendars can be viewed or
printed, and the site provides plenty of information about the community
ammenities.

A Portrait Park by J - Prescott, AZ
J had a web site that was ready for renovation. We used flash
slide shows to showcase the different types of images that the studio
creates. Using the slideshows let us display many individual
images but yet still keep a very uncluttered site. The focus is
all on the portraits. |

DL Ranch Properties
This web site was built to showcase the ranch properties sold by Dan
Luglan of DL Ranch Properties. Dan needed a web site where he
could post information about available ranch property, including photos
and property details. I set up a real estate listing component
and customized to work with the types of properties that Dan sells. Dan can now easily log in from any Internet
ready computer and enter a new parcel, properties features and
description, as well as multiple photos. I've also given Dan the ability
to post information to his "news" page right from his own browser.
So now, whenever Dan wants to post a note to his visitors he just logs
in from his browser, types in the message and his "news" page is
updated.

Town of Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona
The newly incorporated Town of Dewey-Humboldt would like their web site
to be a source of information for their residents as well as local
businesses, contractors, and visitors. I have set the site up so
that a town staff member can log in online and update the Town Council
meeting agendas and minutes as well as updating ordinances and the town
calendar. Anyone needing to obtain a building permits will find it
easy to download and print the forms from the web site. Residents
and visitors will be kept up to date about upcoming events in town.
New residents will find information to assist them with tasks such as
contacting local service providers and registering children for school.

Terri Marotto-Krzyzyk, Realtor - Prescott, AZ
Terri's main request was that she receive more sales leads from her web
site. I evaluated the content of her web site and determined that
she would benefit from optimizing her text with keywords that would help
the search engines find her site. I also helped to increase the
number of web sites that are currently linking to her site which will
ultimately better her search engine ranking.
I updated the overall look and feel of Terri's web site and customized the
MLS listings pages that allows her clients to view her current real estate
listings. |
